It has been almost 2 weeks since my return trip home from Africa. I have had plenty of time to catch up on family, friends and other things and I feel like I am almost caught up. But I must apologize that I haven't blogged much. I have been spending much needed time alone with God reflecting on the trip and what God has done in me. At first I found it difficult to tell someone that asked what the trip was like. What do you tell someone about an experience which changed your life, "it was great" or "it was awesome"? Words can't necessarily express what I experienced and how God has opened my eyes and my heart. But God has been working in me to give me revelation of why I went on the trip, what he wants me to do and how to go about it.
But before I get to that in future posts to this blog, I thought I would share a quick video of what the experience was through my eyes. I pray that this video impacts your heart in any portion to how much this trip has impacted me.
